DebtBook is Now Monetary: Updated Domains

Make sure you whitelist our new domains to ensure no loss of access

What's changing

On October 12, 2026, DebtBook is rebranding to Monetary, and our application, support site and training resources will move to new monetaryhq.com web addresses. Your data, logins and workflows are not changing.

To avoid any interruption, please ask your IT team to allowlist (sometimes called "whitelisting") the new domains below before Monday, October 12.

Many government and enterprise networks block unfamiliar domains by default, which can prevent users from logging in, receiving emails or opening help articles.

Domains to allowlist

Domain

What it's used for

monetaryhq.com

Company website and email notifications (password resets, alerts, reports)

app.monetaryhq.com

The Monetary application (formerly the DebtBook app)

support.monetaryhq.com

Help center articles and support requests

university.monetaryhq.com

Monetary University training courses and videos

If your organization allows wildcard rules, allowlisting *.monetaryhq.com covers all of these plus any subdomains we add later. Please keep existing DebtBook domains allowlisted during the transition.

What to ask your IT team to do

Forward this article to your IT or network administrator. Depending on your setup, they may need to add the domains in several places:

  1. Web filters, firewalls and proxies — allow HTTPS (port 443) traffic to all four domains.

  2. Email security and spam filters — add monetaryhq.com as a trusted sender so notifications, password resets and report emails reach inboxes, not quarantine.

  3. Single sign-on (SSO) — if you log in through SSO (for example Okta or Microsoft Entra ID), confirm updates to your Entity ID and ACS URL. Our team has contacted SSO customers directly with any configuration changes.

  4. Browser or endpoint policies — add the domains to any managed-browser allowlists or trusted-site lists.

After the changes are made, a quick test is to open monetaryhq.com from a work computer. If it loads, your network is likely ready.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if we don't allowlist the new domains? Users may see blocked-page errors when logging in, miss email notifications, or be unable to open help articles and training courses after the change.

Do users need to do anything? No action is needed beyond updating saved bookmarks. Usernames, passwords and data stay the same, and old DebtBook links will redirect to the new addresses for a period after launch.

When should this be done? As soon as possible, and no later than 10/12/2026. Allowlisting early has no downside — the new domains are already live and secure.
